Battle of Two Wolves: An Indians Tale

11 Jul

An old Cherokee told his grandson:

“My son there is a battle between two wolves inside us all. One is EVIL. It’s anger, jealousy, greed, resentment, inferiority, lies and ego. The other is GOOD. It’s joy, peace, love, hope, forgiveness, humility, kindness and truth.”

The boy thought about it, and asked, “But grandfather, which wolf wins?”

The Grandfather quietly replied, “The one you feed.”

Wise words of the day. Think about it.
