I Love You

28 Jun

Sunday night

2 am

small town

sorrow

crashing in.

Sitting

in your car, as

darkness

swallows

the stars in the sky.

Tears come-

fast and slow.

Your hand

on my cheek.

Your words

in my ear:

‘Forgive yourself.’

Whisper the

nothings

I need to hear.

I used to dream

of being free,

And now i’m

not sure

what I have found.

Staring out

into

nothing,

you showed faith

in me.

And that

was

the moment

I knew.

nice poem. My blog dose not touch on poems, but it does touch on another from of creativity- graphic design. For my designs, i’m trying to add meaning and messages to them, similar to how this poem tells a message

Love this one!!! It’s definitely the little moments like this that tell us when we love someone. Amazing poem.
